Ik betwijfel zeer of dit waar is: Shell is grote laadpaalspeler geworden door diverse partijen te kopen, zoals newmotion. Dat bedrijf verkocht (dus klant betaalde) thuis- en werklaadpunten. Waarom zo’n claim (op 1 na grootste exploitant) maken in de rechtszaal?

Het energieconcern zegt te doen wat het kan, bijvoorbeeld met de aanleg van een laadnetwerk voor elektrische auto’s. In aantallen laadpunten is Shell na Tesla de grootste ter wereld, aldus Shell. Maar de groei stuit nu steeds vaker op stroomnetwerken die overbelast zijn – ook weer zoiets waar Shell ‘geen invloed op heeft’.

Shell wil de uitstoot wel verminderen, maar het heeft niet overal invloed op, zegt het bedrijf in de rechtszaal
Shell en Milieudefensie stonden dinsdag opnieuw tegenover elkaar. Nu voor het hoger beroep in de klimaatzaak die de milieuorganisatie tegen het energieconcern aanspande. Van Shell moet het eerdere oordeel, over het verminderen van de CO₂-uitstoot met 45 procent, van tafel.

We consider the codimension one asymptotic stability problem for the soliton of the focusing cubic Klein-Gordon equation on the line under even perturbations. The main obstruction to full asymptotic stability on the center-stable manifold is a small divisor in a quadratic source term of the perturbation equation. Superconvergence of differential structure for finite element methods on perturbed surface meshes
Superconvergence of differential structure on discretized surfaces is studied in this paper. The newly introduced geometric supercloseness provides us with a fundamental tool to prove the superconvergence of gradient recovery on deviated surfaces. An algorithmic framework for gradient recovery without exact geometric information is introduced. Several numerical examples are documented to validate the theoretical results.
